Our Purpose
We were founded to bring clarity and confidence to medication decisions in claims and complex care.
Medication can be complex, high-risk, and costly — and decisions need to be defensible. Our mission is to help insurers, claims teams, and aged care providers make confident, evidence-based decisions.
Guided by Experience
Our Director, Michael Quach, is a University of Sydney-trained, licensed pharmacist with extensive clinical and leadership experience across Australia. He has worked in community pharmacy, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), St George Hospital, and has led multiple hospitals in the Illawarra region. Michael has also chaired national pharmacy panel discussions, bringing independent, evidence-based insight to every medication review.
His expertise ensures that all our services deliver trustworthy guidance, better outcomes, and defensible decisions.
